the best homemade burritos, homemade tortillas ever and a good variety to choose from. My favorite is Chile Y Queso Mmmm! Everytime we go to El Paso we look forward to eating at Carlos Bakery.

Best green chile burritos ever, spicy and tasty. Their menudo and tamales are beyond good and inexpensive plus their donuts are so fluffy you don't even need milk. Everyone is welcoming and so courteous, worth making the trip for burritos!

A coworker intriduced me to Carlos Bakery and he was right on point. The burritos were good sized and plentiful. Assorted guisados made the choice a tough one since i can only eat 2. My roommate had a couple of tamales red and green and she had nothing but good things to say about them. We will definitely be coming back to Carlos for round 2 😁😃

My family and I used to go there every Sunday when I was a kid. Just went back after a couple of years and the food and service was wonderful! I will always appreciate this place for the amazing women and men who put so much love and work to this restaurant.

Absolutely first class menudo. i take a 4 qt. Stew pot with a lid to take it home. They will practically fill it for $7-8. Also the Burritos and sweet breads are yummy. You will not be disappointed.

Not enough sitting area but the food is amazing. It is a carry-out kind of place but delicious. Not pricey at all and serve you very good portions. Menudo, carnitas, asasado, rellenos......must try! Oh, forgot the pastries👍
